HOW TO USE THE INDUSTRIAL SOAP CALCULATOR

TYPE OF OIL: Select the oil that you want to use to produce your soap and click on the button "Add". On the right side enter the quantity (weight) of the selected oil that you want to use. If you wish to use other oils, repeat the previous operation.
TYPE OF FATTY ACIDS: Select the fatty acid that you want to use to produce your soap and click on the button "Add". On the right side enter the quantity (weight) of the selected fatty acid that you want to use. If you wish to use other fatty acid, repeat the previous operation.
CAUSTIC SODA: enter the % of the caustic soda solution in water that you want to use for the saponification.
ADDITIONAL WATER: depending on the saponification plant, sometimes it is necessary to add extra-water also due to the evaporation during the saponification process or to decrease the soap viscosity
