SOAP BUNDLERS
In
the last years there is the tendency to sell multipacks containing 3, 4, 6, 12
and up to 18 soap bars. The soaps inside the multipacks can be wrapped,
cartooned or also naked soap bars.
There are many configurations of multipacks, according to the number of
layers and the orientations of the soap bars. A soap bundler usually work with
a transparent or printed Polypropylene film from reel. The faster soap
bundlers, also call soap over-wrappers can produce up to 100 multipack per
minute; increasing the number of layers, the production rate decrease.
