HOW TO USE THE HANDMADE SOAP CALCULATOR
TYPE OF OIL: Select the oil that you want to use to produce your soap and click on the button "Add". On the right side enter the quantity (weight) of the selected oil that you want to use. If you wish to use other oils, repeat the previous operation.
CAUSTIC SODA: enter the % of the caustic soda solution in water that you want to use for the saponification. Example: if you enter 30%, the Caustic Soda Solution will be composed by 30% of NaOH and 70% of Water.
FRAGRANCES: if you want to add fragrances to your soap enter the value. Usually the fragrances are included in the range of 1% - 4% of the total weight of the oils.
SUPERFAT: here you can add extra-oil that will not by saponified; it is useful to be sure that your soap will be not aggressive (no caustic) on your skin. A typical value is 5%
